Yikes is a mango/paw paw habanero sauce, this sauce is a versatile addition to your pantry. It goes well with meat dishes and also makes a great marinade.
Ingredients: Mango, Paw Paw, Vinegar, Tomato, Onions, Sugar, Garlic, Spices, Salt, Pepper, Lime Juice and Xanthan Gum.
No Artificial Colours, Flavours or Preservatives and Gluten free.

As you can see I really wanted to taste the sauce !
I really could taste the pawpaw and mango. Mango being one of my favourite fruits on the planet, I do really like this sauce !
The fruit shines through above all and gives it a mildly sweet flavour with a "tropical punch" after taste. Nice Hab flavour that comes through, But the heat was medium to a chillifreak like me! But would suit most chiliheads as an everyday sauce.
All round great tropical "Queensland" flavour , medium to high Heat... something I would both stock in my fridge and my shop.
