Creamy Musthabs Chicken
Creamy Musthabs Chicken – Serves 4
Ingredients:
500 grams Chicken Breast
1 bottle Musthabs
¼ cup sour cream or thickened cream
2 tbsp lemon juice
Method:
Dice or thinly slice chicken. Into a large non metallic bowl mix together bottle of Musthabs, sour cream and lemon juice.
Add chicken and combine well until all chicken is coated. Leave aside to marinate in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Stir-fry chicken on med-high heat until golden brown.
Serve with vegetable kebabs & fresh garden salad.
